Patricia Webbink, Ph.D. is
a licensed psychologist in Bethesda, Maryland and the director
of a large private practice
throughout D.C., Maryland and Virginia.
For over 30 years, she has specialized in wellness workshops and training seminars including smoking cessation, weight loss and stress reduction. Dr. Webbink has also conducted national and international workshops on various topics including overcoming difficulties, realizing greater potential, becoming more self-confident, and creating well-being.
In addition to seeing individuals, couples, and families in psychotherapy, her clients include businesses, private groups, government agencies and non-profit organizations. After observing her work, John Bradshaw (well-known TV personality and author of best-selling psychology books) called her a "master therapist."
Dr. Webbink received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Duke University in 1974. The author of The Power of the Eyes (Springer, 1986), she is currently writing a book on relationships called The Dance of Love. She has also appeared on radio (Voice of America in three languages), television (ABC, CBS, The Oprah Winfrey Show and “Good Morning America”), and in print (Washington Post, New York Times, Wall Street Journal).
Listed in Who’s Who in American Women, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who of American Health Care Providers, Dr. Webbink also serves as a consultant to government and private agencies and to various area schools.
Dr. Morton Werber
Dr. Morton Werber, a Maryland licensed psychologist with a doctorate from George
Washington University. A
faculty member of George Mason University, Dr.
Werber is a distinguished author of three books, which were published
by National Aeronautics and Space Administration, National Institute
of Health, and the American Psychological Association. He specializes
in behavior modification techniques which facilitate weight loss. He
